By registering for or attending any SLD webinar, accessing this website, or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or provide your information.

SLD offers free, live educational webinars about pathways to homeownership, including off-market purchasing and renovation strategies. The webinar is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Any figures, examples, or scenarios discussed are illustrative and do not represent a promise of results for any individual.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our registration form, you expressly agree to receive Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS text messages from SLD (or on our behalf) related to the webinar, including registration confirmations, reminder messages, and follow-up communications.

Message frequency: Up to approximately 4 messages per month around the scheduled webinar date. Message and data rates may apply. SLD does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Opt out at any time: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving SMS messages from SLD. After opting out you may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at the email below.

Carriers supported: Messages are delivered through U.S. mobile carriers participating in the A2P 10DLC framework. SLD is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier filtering, network issues, or incorrect phone numbers provided by you.

By registering, you also consent to receive email communications from SLD regarding the webinar and related educational content. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that the contact information you provide is accurate and belongs to you, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at the phone number you submit. You agree to notify SLD if your phone number changes.

All content presented in the webinar and on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials, is owned by SLD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from SLD.

Nothing in the webinar constitutes legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial or real estate decision.
