When you register for an SLD webinar or otherwise interact with this website, we may collect:

• Contact information: first name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Registration details: the webinar date you registered for and your registration timestamp.

We use the information we collect to:

• Confirm your webinar registration and send reminders.
• Send SMS and email notifications about the webinar you registered for (see SMS section below).

SLD sends SMS text messages under the U.S. A2P 10DLC framework. The following disclosures apply to our SMS program:

• Message content: Registration confirmations, webinar start reminders, and brief follow-up messages.
• Frequency: Up to approximately 4 messages per month around the webinar date.

• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance.
• Carriers: SLD is not responsible for messages blocked or delayed by your mobile carrier.

We do not sell your mobile number or SMS consent to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the webinar and messaging program (such as SMS/email delivery platforms and analytics providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain registration and messaging records for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain A2P 10DLC compliance documentation. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained per carrier and regulatory requirements.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, and opt out of email using the unsubscribe link in each message. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

Our webinars and website are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes through the website or via message where appropriate.
